Andy Duncan

Andy joined Fitzgerald and Law in 2003 and now heads the private client tax department.

Over the past 12 years he has provided tax consultancy advice and compliance services to high net worth individuals and clients involved in private business enterprises structured as sole traders and partnerships.

Andy and his team’s extensive experience and technical knowledge on taxation issues, including income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax, allow them to design tax planning solutions for all aspects of an individual's financial affairs.
