Lynne joined F&L Financial Services Ltd in 2005 as Employee Benefits Manager and is responsible, together with the Director Tim Atkins, for Clients' Employee Benefits Programmes. Lynne and her team provide day to day administration support to Employers and Employees alike.
Lynne worked in the Building Society Sector for 15 years and during this time was trained by General Accident (now Aviva) and qualified as a Financial Adviser in 1998. In 2002, Lynne joined a large insurance brokerage in Kent where she used her expertise and technical knowledge to design, implement and administer employee benefit programmes in the UK and also worked extensively with international clients that had employees placed throughout EMEA.
