Our ethical ideology is to try to perform activities that directly advance social goals and avoid engaging in socially harmful acts.

We believe we have an obligation to act to benefit society at large, which is why we try to "give something back" to our local communities in the UK and San Francisco, as well as the world at large, as much as we can.

F&L formally recognises St Mungo's as its nominated charity.
