We review the Benefit Programmes annually (or earlier if employee numbers dictate) to test the market and identify whether the current provider remains competitive. We manage the Benefits administration and ‘handhold’ both employer and employee through the initial and ongoing advisory and administrative processes.

Tim trained with Scottish Life Assurance Company and has considerable experience having worked as an Independent Financial Adviser since 1993. He has worked in the City of London and previously managed the Employee Benefits team for a brokerage in Kent. In April 2005 Tim joined Fitzgerald and Law as Director of F&L Financial Services Ltd specialising in the design, implementation and ongoing administration of Employee Benefit Programmes. Tim has built a large network of contacts, particularly in North America, where he visits regularly. Tim works with both US and UK Government agencies assisting with their education and understanding of the UK Employee Benefits systems.
