In order to open a UK company bank account, you must first register the company's Directors at Companies House. The registering of Directors can take a week or more to be processed.

One of the major benefits of the F&L Fast Track Incorporation Service is that Directors are registered on public record immediately. This allows you to open a bank account straightaway - there is no need for the processing time to cause frustrating and possibly costly delays.

We have outlined what you can expect as part of our Fast Track Incorporation Service below:

Certificate of Incorporation

This is understandably a very important document. We will provide this to you as a soft copy immediately after incorporation, enabling you to use the Company number immediately (a hard copy can be provided on request).

Personalised Articles of Association

Our comprehensive, custom-made Articles are fully compliant with the Companies Act 2006 and contain all the necessary amendments to the model articles in order to ensure effective operation of your company. Further tailored amendments can be made, as appropriate.

Statutory registration

Whether you would like Limited, Charity, Partnership, Offshore or Non-Profit company status, we can help. To find out more about a specific company type, and the packages we offer, please contact Dominic Fiore. We also offer a number of related services such as VAT applications, and registered office, which we can provide at the same time as statutory registration.

Fully written up opening Statutory Registers

Following incorporation, a UK company has a statutory duty to maintain and preserve a number of documents, company statutory books and registers. We will do the hard work for you by setting them up in electronic format to allow for easy updating and speedy access.

Fully written up minutes of the first meeting of directors

We get your corporate governance off to the best possible start by preparing the opening Board Minutes.

Share issue paperwork completed and filed

To evidence proper title to ownership of the UK Company we correctly record all share issue paperwork, including issuing the relevant Share Certificates. If appropriate, we can also create additional classes of shares.

Change of year end if required

The UK Company will be given a default year end based on the anniversary of the date of incorporation. We will ensure that the UK year end is coterminous with group companies where relevant, to ease reporting.

Dealing with the Companies House electronic filing registration

Many documents filed with Companies House need to be submitted electronically. We will ensure the appropriate authorizations are in place to enable the Company to remain compliant with the requirements of The Companies Act 2006.
