29th September 2012 – The F&L Team take on Shine London 2012
Some of our braver F&L team members are showing their support and raising money for Cancer Research as Shine London is taking place on 29 September.
The event consists of a marathon overnight starting and finishing at Battersea Power Station in London.

Charity Pub Quiz: Raising Funds for the Alzheimer’s Society
An F&L team of 5 joined a host of local organisations invited to the Hays Quiz Night in aid of their charity partner, Alzheimer’s Society on Wednesday 16th November at Jewel in St Paul's.
Our team proved just how poor their general knowledge is by coming fourth out of nine. Nevertheless, they helped raise around £450 for the charity and had fun in the process.
Hays specialise in recruiting qualified, professional and skilled employees for companies.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jon and Julian from Hazlems Fenton for being such competent quiz masters and thanks to Hays for putting together a great night.
The Standard Chartered Great City Race
On Thursday 14th July, 2011, Dominic Fiore, Adam Dunnett, Tom Watts and Gareth Davis will join 6,500 other runners as they take on the City's 5km premier corporate running challenge, The Standard Chartered Great City Race.
Race for Life 2011
Once again, led by Jinal Patel, a group from F&L will be taking on the challenge of the Race for Life 2011 10km run (the equivalent of 16 laps of Lincoln's Inn Fields, as the team have discovered!) on the 23rd July 2011 in Finsbury Park.

Pedal to Paris (P2P): London to Paris Bike Ride for the British Legion 2011
Around 300 cyclists will cover the route between the two capital cities as part of the 'Pedal to Paris' ride. This begins at London's Greenwich Park on Thursday 1st September and ends at the Arc De Triomphe in Paris on Sunday 4th September 2011, all in aid of The Royal British Legion.
